The CA online ordering system is a 0% comission ordernig system that links directly to the CA-EPOS till system, or an android tablet, managing online orders direct to the kitchen in the way that suits you best. Specifically designed for restaurants and takeaways, it includes customer signup, address and telephone management, Credit Card or Cash integration. Add on customer loyalty cards, offer management, coupon codes, delivery driver management and tracking; as you expand.

Order and Pay
Customers can place their order and pay on your website or a webapp (mobile order and pay). Advance order management can be added (Click and Collect). Cash and Card payment options, including the ability to have your own ECOMS Card account for rapid cashflow.
Online orders feed into our Kitchen Management. From simple printed orders, multi zoned and chef split orders, or managed via KMS screens, online orders are processed properly with all other orders. On site staff (and off site manager) can update the collection and delivery times given at the touch of a button.
End of day reports can include as much details about the sales as you need, with splits by online / takeaway / delivery / eat in / bar, time of day, and payment types (cash / credit card / online ). All end of day reports are made available on our web-portal allowing you to track progress when you are on holiday or away from the restaurant for long periods.
